Todd Pearson is Chief Operating Officer for Copperweld. Todd's focus is to drive excellence in manufacturing quality and productivity, which requires balancing the immediate needs of day-to-day operations while anticipating future needs and integrating innovations. His position is a bridge that connects all operations of the company.

Directly reporting to Todd, an elite team of plant managers and vice presidents oversee manufacturing, engineering, quality, procurement, and maintenance. Together, they ensure that all things operational – quality, delivery, testing, procurement, equipment, design, process, maintenance – move in sync toward the same objective: world-class products that meet the needs of the wire & cable market like no other.

Todd does not accept the unsolvable scenario. He thrives on creating solutions and removing obstacles. He describes his daily function as "recognizing and breaking down barriers" that hinder the company's path to operational success, whether those obstacles lie directly in the production path or intersect with issues that involve other segments.
